NAOSS (OSUN) ; OUR FUTURE IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE WITH QUESTIONABLE CHARACTER : COMR ALABI QUADRI OLUWASEUN

My heart aches seeing the future of a nation getting darker day by day.
Where I was trained as comrade made me believe in every situation a comrade finds himself, the interest of the student populace should come first.
Today I have decided to write my first article on NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF OSUN STATE STUDENTS* issue. I hope we all see this piece as a way to a beter NAOSS and the entire student of Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso.
LAUTECH strike has become a yearly festival that must be observed and a way out has never been proffered by both owners (Osun and Oyo state).
All they are able to do is shift blames and putting up our education as a political stunt.

Recently, there has been crisis in the institution and the Oyo State government has been busy putting the blame on Osun State government.

My concern is never on shifting of blame in this piece but on Comrades who sees student organisation as a means of enriching their pocket and possibly to get political appointment.

A rally was staged in respect to Oyo state government blaming Osun state by Come-And-Rade saying they stand with Oyetola on LAUTECH issue (Stupid action and displacement of priority). Not only that, they also went ahead to address the press and called those who participated as students of Ladoke Akintola University.

After receiving loads of complain received by the National Council of Representative from members of *AOSS schooling in this institution, there was a need to summon the president, *Oderinwale Elisha* who led the rally to explain his own side of the story.
The president after receiving the letter said he will not be acknowledging the letter since it wasn't delivered by the clerk (What an excuse).
He was later talked into acknowledging it.

The sitting he was summoned to appear before was slated to hold today _19th October, 2019_. Unfortunately, he refused to appear before the NCR without forwarding any letter to state he will be absent.
I was never surprised by his action. A president who was inaugurated in January had to inaugurate the NCR after eight months in office.

Today, the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF REPRESENTATIVES at their sitting finalized on suspending the president for 21 working days after breaching Article 3, section 15, subsection III
of the NAOSS CONSTITUTION.

Today, I see a starting to a better NAOSS and a better future of our dear Nation.

To all LAUTECH students, we will from our own side try our best in order to find a way out of this crisis.

May our future never be on the hands of the oppressor.
